Program Philosophy
All Progreams are grounded in trauma-informed and recovery-aware principles. This means we prioritize consent, choice, and nervous system regulation, and we adapt movement to support each person’s lived experience and current capacity.
There is no exception to push through pain, overwhelm, or fear. Progress is defined collaboratively and unfolds at a pace that supports lasting change.
Program Offerings
Individual Training & Support
One-on-One sessions focused on building strength, confidence, and routine in a private, supportive environment. Sessions are adapted to individual needs, goals, and recovery considerations.
Small Group Training
Small, supportive group sessions that emphasize connection, structure, and shared progress. Groups are intentionally kept small to maintain safety and individualized attention.
Recovery-Informed Movement
Movement sessions designed specifically for individuals in recovery or healing from trauma. These sessions focus on regulation, body awareness, and rebuilding trust through movement.
